OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) is currently seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our fast-growing team and build relationships across the EMEA Region with our Co-location (CoLo) Partners. The ideal candidate will possess sufficient technical expertise to communicate business requirements to engineers and help resolve business blockers. TPMs are responsible for tracking technical issues, effectively communicating project status, recommending changes, and demonstrating a deep understanding of Cloud physical infrastructure including Data Center, networking, and circuits.

Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver large and medium complexity GPU programs & projects.
- Drive strategic Colo partnerships within the EMEA region, ensuring successful execution of high-impact collaborations.
- Represent the team at the VP level and brief senior leaders on program processes.
- Drive continuous improvement of project processes and associated templates.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior program managers.
- Manage the development and implementation process of company products involving cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project progress from initiation through delivery while adhering to budget constraints.
- Establish strong relationships with CoLo Partners across EMEA and conduct regular meetings to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Negotiate terms and pricing for Non-Recurring Contracts for Data Hall Fit out Projects.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and CoLo partners for transparency and alignment.
- Identify and develop risk mitigation strategies for partnerships and design tasks.
Requirements
- 6+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
- Experience with data center design, construction, infrastructure builds, and network augmentations.
- Program/project management certifications or qualifications.
- Proven ability to create relationships, listen, influence, and collaborate across global teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Experience in the Low Voltage Industry or a related field preferred.
- BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
