As a Principal Project Manager in our Professional Services organization, you'll lead executive-level engagements and drive strategic value realization for the company’s enterprise programs across the Middle East. This senior role requires you to provide strategic oversight, executive governance, and orchestrate multi-workstream delivery for our most critical regional customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead executive and strategic governance for the company's programs across enterprise and government clients, aligning with strategic business outcomes.
- Establish and mature Digital Transformation Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to enable customers to scale the company's capabilities and institutionalize best practices.
- Drive end-to-end program leadership across Experience Cloud solutions and digital experience operations.
- Build trusted relationships with strategic clients, ensuring business alignment.
- Collaborate closely with the company Sales team to articulate the value of strong governance and structured transformation roadmaps.
- Monitor program performance, KPIs, and business value impact, providing clear visibility to customer leadership and the company's stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and additional services.
What You Need to Succeed:
- 10+ years of experience in project leadership within a consulting or technology professional services organization.
- Ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing automation, ecommerce, web analytics, and governance.
- Understanding of local regulations and business practices in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
- Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Arabic.
