About the Role

You will lead complex consulting engagements, orchestrating virtual teams, managing project scope, schedule, and budget, and guiding customers through the change needed to realize outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Manage the direction of solution deliveries for strategic customers across the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring secure, high-quality execution from envisioning and solution design through deployment and adoption.
  • Drive project initiation and planning for large, complex, or highly visible engagements by confirming scope, building detailed work breakdown structures, aligning resources across workstreams, and establishing clear expectations with stakeholders.
  • Lead contracting activities for customer and partner resources, including briefing partners, coordinating candidate selection, aligning them to delivery goals, and overseeing amendments, delivery acceptance, and invoicing in line with compliance standards.
  • Orchestrate and monitor key performance, quality, risk, and financial metrics for large, complex projects; proactively manage risks and issues, and drive recovery and escalation resolution when needed.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior customer and internal stakeholders, representing the customer voice, leading steering or governance forums, and communicating project health, value realization, and next-step opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience managing complex technology projects, including cloud migration programmes, AI transformation initiatives, and change and adoption activities.
  • Proven financial accountability for project delivery, with responsibility for budget management, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with Director-level stakeholders and senior leadership teams.
  • Fluency in written and oral communication in Arabic and English.
  • Certifications:
    • Agile certification, Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Professional Scrum Master One (PSM1) certification.
    • A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in related field OR equivalent experience.
