In this role, you will lead complex consulting engagements, managing project scope, schedule, and budget while guiding customers through the necessary changes to achieve desired outcomes. You will engage with executive sponsors, business stakeholders, and technical teams, translating their needs into actionable delivery plans while navigating risks and challenges in a structured manner. Your efforts will enable customers to fully leverage company platforms and contribute to the growth of company Industry Solutions Delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage the direction of solution deliveries for strategic customers throughout the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring secure and high-quality execution from envisioning and solution design through deployment and adoption.
- Drive project initiation and planning for large, complex, or highly visible engagements by confirming scope, building detailed work breakdown structures, aligning resources across workstreams, and establishing clear expectations with stakeholders.
- Lead contracting activities for customer and partner resources, including briefing partners, coordinating candidate selection, aligning them with delivery goals, and overseeing amendments, delivery acceptance, and invoicing in compliance with standards.
- Orchestrate and monitor key performance, quality, risk, and financial metrics for large projects; proactively manage risks and issues, driving recovery and escalation resolution when necessary.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior customer and internal stakeholders, representing the customer voice, leading steering or governance forums, and effectively communicating project health, value realization, and opportunities for next steps.
Qualifications
- Significant experience managing complex technology projects, including cloud migration programs, AI transformation initiatives, and change/adoption activities.
- Proven financial accountability for project delivery, including budget management, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to engage, influence, and build credibility with Director-level stakeholders and senior leadership teams.
- Fluency in written and oral communication in both Arabic and English.
- Certifications:
- Agile certification, Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Professional Scrum Master One (PSM1) certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
