We seek an experienced Principal Security Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The role involves advising on and implementing advanced physical security solutions for high-profile projects across the Middle East. Candidates should possess a deep understanding of security technologies, regulatory standards, and best practices in physical security design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage physical security projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate security requirements into project designs.
- Develop comprehensive physical security plans that address client needs and comply with regional regulations and international standards.
- Design and specify security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection.
- Conduct site assessments and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and maintaining strong relationships.
- Prepare and present detailed security reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct training and workshops on security best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest physical security technologies and trends.
- Ensure all security designs are scalable, sustainable, and future-proof.
- Contribute to developing company CAD library and security-related methodologies.
Essential Skills:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in security risk management or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in physical security consulting.
- Preferred certifications: Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), Certified Security Consultant (CSC).
- Proven track record on high-profile projects involving commercial buildings, residential complexes, and critical infrastructure.
- Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, SketchUp, and others.
