This senior technical and client-facing role is based at our Dubai headquarters. The Principal Security Consultant will lead security risk, resilience, threat and vulnerability assessments, security strategy, and built environment security consultancy services across the UAE, KSA, and wider international markets. The role involves translating complex security risks into clear, proportionate, and practical mitigation strategies for clients, designers, operators, and project stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in security, risk management, resilience, engineering, architecture, criminology, emergency management, or a related discipline.
  • Professional membership, or progression towards membership, of a recognized body such as the Security Institute, ASIS International, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of relevant professional experience in security risk consulting, resilience advisory, protective security, or security management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent project planning tools, and experience with design review and coordination software.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong capability in security risk/resilience advisory, threat, vulnerability and risk assessment, and risk treatment planning.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex security risks to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with limited supervision, including scope, resources, and client expectations.
  • Leadership in quality assurance of reports and mentoring junior team members.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English; additional languages may be beneficial.
