Key Responsibilities

Design and develop software for UAV systems, including flight control, ground control, mission planning, and supporting applications.
Architect scalable, modular, and high-performance software for real-time operations.
Optimize software performance and reliability.
Mentor software engineers and promote engineering best practices.
Define technical roadmaps and contribute to long-term technology strategy.
Develop testing frameworks for simulation, validation, and field testing.
Troubleshoot software issues during development and operational testing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership of software teams.
Strong experience with C++, Python, and Embedded C.
Solid knowledge of RTOS, control systems, and UAV navigation algorithms.
Experience with MAVLink, CAN Bus, wireless communication, and embedded systems.
Knowledge of UAV industry standards and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
