You will collaborate closely with the company’s Financial Services leadership, product teams, and delivery partners to define industry-specific solutions, accelerate adoption, and shape the company’s go-to-market strategy across priority FSI clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a lead architectural and technical authority for Financial Services engagements.
- Engage with C-suite executives and shape AI-enabled transformation agendas.
- Translate complex FSI business challenges into end-to-end solution architectures.
- Define secure, scalable, and sovereign-ready architectures across various platforms.
- Act as a core member of the FSI go-to-market leadership team.
- Coach and mentor architects and engineers working on Financial Services engagements.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, cloud, data, data analytics, AI/ML, or large-scale technology platforms.
- Significant hands-on experience in Financial Services institutions.
- Proven ability to define and execute technology roadmaps.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments and leading distributed engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise, microservices, and event-driven architecture patterns.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure is mandatory).
- Familiarity with AI/ML architectures and Python-based development.
