Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & People Management: Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of Solution Architects. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Technical Delivery & Accountability: Own the technical delivery of large-scale, complex projects to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and of the highest quality. Identify opportunities for technical innovation and process optimization.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Serve as a senior technical point of contact for clients, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans.
- Project Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to manage project delivery and communication effectively.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Lead technical assessments and recommend innovative solutions, staying abreast of emerging technologies to drive business value.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, TOGAF) are desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years in software engineering and architecture, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. Proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex projects.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in full-stack development, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern software architecture patterns. Strong understanding of automation and DevOps practices.
- Leadership & Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, with strong relationship management and communication skills to explain complex solutions to non-technical audiences.
