You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior technology leaders, helping institutions translate strategic business priorities into secure, scalable, and outcome-driven AI architectures. Your work will involve close collaboration with the company’s Financial Services leadership, product teams, and delivery partners to define industry-specific solutions, accelerate adoption, and shape the company’s go-to-market strategy across priority FSI clients.

Responsibilities:
- FSI Client Advisory & Solution Leadership: Serve as a lead architectural authority for Financial Services engagements, advising clients on enterprise-grade AI, data, and cloud architectures aligned to regulatory and operational constraints.
- Architecture & Platform Design: Define secure, scalable, and sovereign-ready architectures spanning data platforms, AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, and cloud infrastructure.
- Go-to-Market & Industry Strategy: Act as a core member of the FSI go-to-market leadership team, supporting country and regional strategies.
- Technical Leadership & Enablement: Coach and mentor other architects and engineers working on Financial Services engagements.
- Delivery & Execution Oversight: Support early-stage solution definition through implementation oversight, ensuring architectural integrity and alignment with client outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience across enterprise architecture, cloud, data, data analytics, AI/ML, or large-scale technology platforms.
- Significant hands-on experience with Financial Services institutions.
- Strong track record engaging and influencing senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-facing presentation skills.
- Proven experience working in Agile environments and leading distributed engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure (mandatory), G42 Cloud, Huawei Cloud, AWS, GCP.
- Experience in AI/ML architectures and Python-based development.
- Knowledge of API & integration technologies: REST, SOAP, event streaming.
