Principal Solution Consultant

Aspen Technology is seeking a Principal Solution Consultant to leverage expertise in seismic interpretation and provide comprehensive technical support to customers using AspenTech SSE solutions. This role emphasizes collaboration, technical demonstrations, and proactive engagement with the sales team to drive business development and renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-sales activities and deliver tailored demonstrations for the G&G Seismic Interpretation domain.
• Support sales in PCS contract renewals and account growth by providing technical insights.
• Identify opportunities for increasing customer engagement and software utilization.
• Conduct technical update sessions to expand the sales pipeline and renewals.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Provide client support for complex seismic interpretation challenges.
• Deliver knowledge transfer and technical demonstrations for AspenTech SSE software.
• Develop onboarding practices and training sessions for customers.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: M.Tech, M.Sc., or higher qualification in Geophysics, Geology, or related Geoscience field.
• Experience: 8-12 years in seismic data interpretation, with familiarity in seismic interpretation tools advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments.
• Language Requirements: Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
