Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales technical and functional support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and product demonstrations.
- Design, validate, and present Qualtrics software solutions, including complex concepts and integrations.
- Consult with management of customer organizations to participate in sales planning and business development activities.
- Drive the adoption of Qualtrics solutions within strategic accounts and expand their usage across departments.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering to refine existing and new Qualtrics products.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in Sales and Technical roles within a SaaS/Cloud environment, especially with Enterprise-level accounts.
- Outstanding professional, sales, and technical skills, with the ability to support both field and inside sales teams.
- Ability to articulate technical aspects of SaaS software, including security, APIs, and SLAs.
- Excellent customer-facing verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in Customer and/or Employee Experience software and systems.

Work Conditions:
- Hybrid model: in-office work three days a week (Mondays, Thursdays, and one additional day selected by your leader).
- Travel required: Up to 25%.
