Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise strategy, architecture, and governance for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Intelligent eXtended Reality (IXR) platforms.
- Shape and deliver secure, scalable, and multi-cloud solutions across AI gateways, foundation models, LLMs, RAG architectures, autonomous agents, and immersive technologies.
- Establish enterprise standards, reference architectures, governance frameworks, and technology roadmaps to accelerate innovation while ensuring compliance, security, privacy, and operational excellence.
- Lead the definition and governance of new corporate and portfolio IT standards, guidelines, and practices by analyzing and understanding the potential impact of competing technologies.
- Scout market and track technology advancements, determining their relation to our IT strategy, and lead the work to amend existing assets or create new ones.
- Provide expert architectural leadership across strategic programs and build strong partnerships with technology providers such as AWS and Microsoft.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline (12+3 or equivalent).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT architecture and 3 years in AI and IXR.
- Proven experience designing and governing solutions on Azure and AWS using cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, and container platforms.
- Strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI governance.
- Experience with AR, VR, XR, Digital Twins, and enterprise IXR platforms.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, Agile delivery, and technology governance.
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities, with the ability to influence enterprise technology decisions.
