Key Responsibilities:

Architecture and Standards:
- Establish technology selection, solution design, and architectural standards for all delivery teams utilizing the Hive platform.
- Own and maintain the platform's technical roadmap, ensuring it scales to accommodate new customers, integrations, and use cases.
- Review design proposals for compliance with security, data sovereignty, scalability, and integration requirements prior to production.
- Maintain architectural documentation and decision records to ensure team alignment as the platform evolves.

Stakeholder Representation:
- Represent architecture to clients, partners, and third-party vendors, translating technical decisions for various audiences.
- Support pursuits and proposals through credible technical positioning and solution design.
- Collaborate with delivery and engineering leads to resolve technical dependencies and address design disputes.
- Mentor senior engineers on architectural best practices and elevate the technical standards across teams.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a principal or lead solution architect on large, multi-team platforms.
- Strong technical proficiency in cloud infrastructure, integration patterns, and platform security.
- Direct experience in designing for data sovereignty and regulated environments, preferably in defense or government sectors.
- Proven track record of representing architectural decisions to clients, partners, and vendors effectively.
- Excellent judgment for balancing scalability, security, and delivery speed.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to switch between intricate technical details and executive summaries.
