Principal Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly accomplished Principal Solutions Architect who will also serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief Business Officer (CBO). This senior leadership role combines deep enterprise architecture expertise with consulting, presales leadership, and client advisory capabilities. You will be expected to engage directly with clients, understand complex business and governmental budgeting processes, and drive projects from early-stage consulting and requirements gathering through proposal development, budget formation, and delivery leadership. Your remit spans data center infrastructure, hybrid/multi-cloud architectures, AI/analytics platforms, and large-scale digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client engagements, from early-stage consulting and requirements discovery through budgeting, proposal preparation, and delivery oversight.
• Act as the primary technical and strategic interface with clients, engaging at executive and operational levels.
• Design complex, enterprise-grade architectures that span on-premise data centers, hybrid/multi-cloud environments, and AI-enabled platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise technology leadership, and strategic advisory roles.
• Proven track record in client-facing government or enterprise engagements, including navigating public-sector budgeting cycles.
• Strong presales and proposal leadership experience, including budget preparation and executive presentations.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to bridge technical and business perspectives.
