Principal Solutions Engineer (CX)

About the Job
We are looking for a Principal Solutions Engineer (CX) with over 10 years of experience in the CRM/CX space, specifically within Oracle's suite of products including CRM, CPQ, and Marketing. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with a background in presales or implementation of tier 1 solutions like Oracle. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.

What you will do:
As a Principal Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for formulating and leading presales technical/functional support activities for prospective clients, ensuring customer satisfaction. Your roles will include:

• Acting as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants
• Focusing on large or complex sales opportunities that require creative and complex solutions
• Developing productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants
• Creating and delivering outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations
• Leading all aspects of the technical sales process
• Advising internal and external clients on overall architectural solutions
• Working closely with Oracle customers to help them transform their business and acting as a trusted advisor

Location
This position is based in RIYADH, Saudi Arabia or DUBAI, United Arab Emirates.
