Principal Solutions Engineer (ERP)

About the Job
We are seeking a Principal Sales Consultant with over 10 years of experience in the ERP / Financials space. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen in areas such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash Management (CM). This role requires exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills, alongside presales or implementation experience with tier 1 solutions like Oracle. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Responsibilities
As a Principal Sales Consultant, you will:

• Be the expert in formulating and leading presales technical and functional support activities for potential clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while acting as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants.
• Focus on large and complex sales opportunities that require innovative and sophisticated solutions.
• Develop productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants.
• Deliver outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations.
• Lead all aspects of the technical sales process and advise clients on overall architect solutions.
• Collaborate with Oracle customers to help transform their businesses and act as their trusted advisor.
• Partner with the sales team to penetrate the market and thrive in a competitive environment.
