About the Job
As a Principal Solutions Engineer (ERP), you will be responsible for formulating and leading presales technical and functional support activities for prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will involve acting as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants, focusing on large or complex sales opportunities that require innovative and intricate solutions. You will develop productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants and deliver remarkable Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Additionally, you will lead all aspects of the technical sales process and advise internal and external clients on overall architect solutions. You will partner with the sales team to penetrate the market and engage with Oracle customers to help them transform their businesses, acting as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide presales technical and functional support to prospective clients.
  • Mentor less experienced Sales Consultants.
  • Focus on complex sales opportunities requiring creative solutions.
  • Develop and deliver Oracle presentations and demonstrations.
  • Advise clients on overall architectural solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in the ERP/Financials space.
  • Strong business experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), particularly in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash Management (CM).
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Presales or implementation experience with tier 1 solutions like Oracle.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
