Principal Solutions Engineer (ERP)

About the Job
We are looking for a Principal Solutions Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the ERP/Financials space. The ideal candidate will possess strong business experience in the ERP area, specifically Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash Management (CM). Outstanding communication, leadership, and presentation skills are essential, along with presales or implementation experience for tier 1 solutions such as Oracle. Fluency in both Arabic and English is a must.

Responsibilities
What you will do:

• Act as the expert in formulating and leading presales technical and functional support activities for prospective clients while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants.
• Focus on large or complex sales opportunities requiring creative and complex solutions.
• Develop productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants.
• Create and deliver exceptional Oracle presentations and demonstrations.
• Lead all aspects of the technical sales process.
• Advise internal and external clients on overall architectural solutions.
• Collaborate with Oracle customers to help them transform their business, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Demonstrate the capabilities of Oracle Applications to customers.
• Partner with the sales team to penetrate the market.
