Principal Solutions Engineer

About the Job
As a Principal Sales Consultant at Oracle, you will serve as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical and functional support activities to prospective clients and customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills with a focus on large and complex sales opportunities that demand creative and sophisticated solutions. You will also act as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants.
• Leading all aspects of the technical sales process.
• Advising both internal and external clients on overall architectural solutions.
• Demonstrating the capabilities of Oracle Applications to clients.
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to penetrate the market successfully.
• Helping Oracle customers transform their business and serving as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the ERP/Financials space.
• Strong business experience in the ERP space, particularly in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash Management (CM).
• Presales or implementation experience for tier 1 solutions like Oracle.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
