In this position, you will collaborate with colleagues and support the sales team, translating business objectives into compelling recommendations. Utilizing your technical and sales expertise, you will present our product offerings, address customer objections, and build confidence in our technology solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will assist customers in their transformational journeys.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through collaboration with other teams.
  • Understand customer needs and position the company’s products as the best solutions for unique challenges.
  • Convey an in-depth understanding of the client's industry relevant to the company’s solutions.
  • Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, including building and presenting customized demos to key decision-makers.
  • Participate in product, sales, and procedural training to maintain necessary knowledge for success in your role.
  • Meet quarterly and annual objectives set by management.
  • Respond efficiently to RFPs and lead the technical side of the sales cycle.
  • Be curious about personal growth and take part in internal training programs and mentorship initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in implementing Digital Transformation strategies resulting in customer success.
  • A proven history in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training within an enterprise software solution organization.
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills in a dynamic team environment.
  • Team-oriented, capable of tackling problems in energizing environments.
  • Inquisitive and passionate about technology and knowledge sharing.
  • Good research skills, with the ability to explore topics deeply and tackle complex issues.
  • Strong explanatory skills to engage and retain audience attention.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
