Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other teams.
- Understand customer needs and position the company’s products as the best solution to their unique challenges.
- Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, including customized demos of the company products.
- Participate in training and certifications to maintain essential knowledge.
- Meet quarterly and annual objectives.
- Respond efficiently to RFPs and manage the technical side of the sales cycle.
- Engage in internal training programs and mentorship initiatives for career growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in implementing Digital Transformation strategies for enterprise software solutions.
- Proven track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Effective time management skills in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively on problem-solving in energizing settings.
- Passion for technology and knowledge sharing.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
