The company is seeking a Principal, Specialist SE (Account Solution Engineer) to play a key role in the sales cycle by delivering thought leadership and owning solutions that enhance customer experience. In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues, support the sales team, and translate business objectives into compelling recommendations. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other teams.
• Understand customer needs and position the company’s products as the best solution to their unique challenges.
• Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, including customized demos of the company products.
• Participate in training and certifications to maintain essential knowledge.
• Meet quarterly and annual objectives.
• Respond efficiently to RFPs and manage the technical side of the sales cycle.
• Engage in internal training programs and mentorship initiatives for career growth.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in implementing Digital Transformation strategies for enterprise software solutions.
• Proven track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Effective time management skills in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively on problem-solving in energizing settings.
• Passion for technology and knowledge sharing.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
