Thought leadership will also play a key part in your responsibilities, as you will identify areas for new intellectual property creation and improvement of existing processes.

Responsibilities
- Customer Advisory
- Engage with executives to determine and manage custom digital transformation advisory engagements, utilizing the company methodologies.
- Lead discovery workshops with customer leadership teams to uncover goals and challenges.
- Document and present insights, along with recommended solutions to meet customer objectives.
- Produce high-quality deliverables that communicate strategic agreements, multi-year roadmaps, and full business cases.
- Communicate and provide advisory services in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Sales and Customer Success Advisory
- Collaborate with sales and customer success to determine account plans and regional sales strategies.
- Provide expertise for assessing and prioritizing accounts and strategies.
- Give full lifecycle business outcome and value realization advice.
- Thought Leadership
- Identify and lead the creation of new intellectual property such as best practices, white papers, and workshops.
- Enhance current methods and frameworks.
- Work with the company teams to enable a business consulting approach to sales.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Experience critically thinking about the integration of AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including the use of AI-powered tools and automation of workflows.
- 10+ years of relevant experience as a Management Consultant or customer-facing strategy manager in a technology vendor role, particularly with exposure to cloud technologies.
- Executive/leadership experience with a background in digital transformation projects or enterprise software deployments is preferred.
- Experience in one of the major industries (such as Financial Services, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.) is preferred.
- Proven ability to develop C-Level relationships and effectively simplify and communicate complex topics.
- Experience with public speaking, meeting facilitation, and whiteboarding.
- Strong connections with customers in the regions you serve.
- High level of executive presence paired with a humble demeanor.
- Analytical and financial experience.
- A collaborative work style and enjoyment in teamwork.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
