Principal Strategist, Inspire Value

About the Role
In this role, you will engage directly with executives to drive custom industry-aligned digital transformation advisory initiatives. You will lead discovery workshops to identify customer goals and challenges while delivering strategic insights and presenting recommended solutions. Your expertise will help shape account plans and strategies for regional sales and customer success, guiding clients through the entire lifecycle of business outcomes and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Customer Advisory

  • Engage with executives to manage digital transformation advisory engagements, applying the company's methodologies.
  • Lead discovery workshops with customer leadership to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Document and present insights and recommended solutions to meet customer objectives.
  • Create high-quality deliverables that communicate strategic agreements, present multi-year roadmaps, and document the full business case for action.
  • Provide communication and advice in both individual and group settings.

• Sales and Customer Success Advisory

  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to determine account plans and sales strategy for the region.
  • Offer expertise to assess and prioritize accounts and related strategies.
  • Provide guidance on full lifecycle business outcomes and value realization.
  • Lead the creation of new intellectual property, including best practices, white papers, and workshops.
  • Improve existing methods and frameworks while enabling the company's teams in a business consulting approach to sales.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes and decision-making, including using AI-powered tools and automating workflows.
• 10+ years of relevant experience as a management consultant with exposure to cloud technologies or as a customer-facing strategy manager at a technology vendor.
• Executive/leadership experience in digital transformation projects or enterprise software deployments.
• Experience in major industries such as Financial Services, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, or Retail preferred.
• Proven capability in developing C-level relationships and simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Strong skills in public speaking, meeting facilitation, and whiteboarding.
• Deep customer connections in the designated regions.
• High level of executive presence combined with a humble demeanor.
• Analytical and financial experience, along with a collaborative work approach.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
