Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the structural engineering function for major projects from concept through completion.
- Define project technical strategies aligned with client objectives, regulations, and delivery requirements.
- Review and approve complex structural designs, calculations, and specifications.
- Act as the primary technical authority in client and project meetings.
- Provide expert mentorship to senior engineers, engineers, graduates, and BIM teams.
- Oversee quality assurance, technical audits, compliance checks, and design reviews.
- Drive innovation in structural engineering, including advanced analysis, BIM-enabled workflows, and parametric/digital tools.
- Manage relationships with clients, contractors, authorities, and key stakeholders.
- Support technical proposals, presentations, and pursuit activity for new work.
- Ensure strong HSE and quality culture across projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
- 12-15 years of relevant experience.
- Strong background in concrete, steel, and advanced structural analysis.
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex multidisciplinary projects.
- Strong business acumen and ability to contribute to growth initiatives.
- Chartered or equivalent professional registration preferred.
