The company, a leading big data analytics company in the region, is seeking a Principal Technical Architect to oversee the architecture and delivery of complex, enterprise-grade digital, data, and AI solutions. This senior leadership role comes with full accountability for defining architectural strategy, governing solution design, and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery across large-scale programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the overall architectural vision across application, data, integration, infrastructure, security, and AI domains.
- Establish architecture standards, principles, and best practices aligned with enterprise and cloud strategies.
- Ensure consistency, scalability, and future readiness of solutions across multiple programs and initiatives.
- Oversee both high-level and low-level designs (HLDs & LLDs), including component and service architecture, deployment strategies, data models, and API design.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to solution architects and engineering teams.
- Review and approve critical architectural and design decisions.
- Act as the senior technical authority across the full delivery lifecycle.
- Partner with delivery leadership to define scope and solution approach, identify risks and dependencies, and drive key technical decisions.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to align business objectives with technical strategy.
- Mentor and develop internal architecture and engineering capabilities.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture and technical leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading architecture for large-scale, enterprise transformation programs.
- Deep expertise in cloud and hybrid infrastructure architectures, data platforms, enterprise integration patterns, and AI/ML solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including C-level communication.
