We are seeking a Principal Technical Consultant for CRM & Industry Workflows. This role will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation of ServiceNow’s Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM). The successful candidate will drive best-practice solutions that enhance operational efficiency and solve complex client challenges.

Location: Riyadh Region
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary technical liaison for projects, ensuring delivery quality and alignment with client needs and ServiceNow best practices in CSM and FSM implementations.
  • Define and architect technical solutions that meet business and technological requirements.
  • Provide hands-on development using ServiceNow technologies (e.g., Flow Designer, REST, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
  • Serve as an escalation point for technical issues and mentor developers on best practices.
  • Partner with pre-sales teams for service engagement scoping and contribute to thought leadership through public forums.
  • Collaborate with product teams to provide insights on new features and customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in consulting and implementation of complex technologies with at least 2 years focused on enterprise architecture.
  • Customer Service Management Expertise: Proven track record in designing and implementing CSM solutions.
  • Industry: Financial Services, specifically in Customer Service Management and Field Service Management.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in creating architectural designs and working with web technologies and SaaS solutions.
  • Certifications: Must hold or achieve ServiceNow certifications for CSM and FSM Implementation Specialist within the first 90 days, and Certified Technical Architect within the first year.

Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
