Position

The company is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant for CRM & Industry Workflows. This role involves guiding clients through the implementation of the company’s Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM). The successful candidate will focus on delivering best-practice-based solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive business outcomes. This position requires a deep understanding of field service management and customer service workflows to address complex client challenges effectively.

Location: Riyadh Region
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary technical liaison, ensuring high-quality solution delivery.
  • Oversee technical alignments with client requirements and the company best practices.
  • Define and architect detailed technical solutions tailored to clients' business needs.
  • Lead technical onboarding, assessing existing processes for effective solution tailoring.
  • Engage in hands-on development on the company platform, utilizing various technologies.
  • Serve as an escalation point for technical issues, driving efficient resolution.
  • Mentor developers and consultants on best practices in technical design and workflows.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales teams on complex service engagements and integrations.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives through webinars and publications.
  • Provide feedback and insights on new features to the company product teams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years in consulting and technology implementation, with at least 2 years in enterprise architecture.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing CSM solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills to influence stakeholders during field service transformations.
  • Technical proficiency in architectural designs and integration strategies, particularly in TSOM environments.
  • Experience with web technologies and SaaS solutions.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Certifications:

  • Must hold or be able to achieve within the first 90 days:
    • Certified System Administrator
    • Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM, FSM
  • Certified Technical Architect within the first year.
