Principal Technical Consultant - ServiceNow Platform (Creator Workflows)

ServiceNow, a global market leader in cloud-based platform technology, is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant for its ServiceNow Platform team. The team collaborates with a diverse range of customers to achieve business outcomes through implementation and advisory services. In this role, you will act as an architect and trusted advisor on core ServiceNow functionalities, focusing on designing and configuring complex solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to maximize their investment in ServiceNow.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison, ensuring quality in delivered solutions.
• Lead workshops on architecture, design, and integrations.
• Define and architect technical solutions aligned with client needs.
• Enable customers to define business and technical requirements following Agile methodologies.
• Design implementation solutions prioritizing manageability, performance, and security.
• Perform hands-on development on the ServiceNow platform utilizing various technologies.
• Resolve technical issues and contribute to continuous improvement practices.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with pre-sales on scoping service engagements.
• Demonstrate thought leadership through webinars and community contributions.
• Engage with product teams for product feedback and insights.

Qualifications:

• Experience with integrating AI into workflows and decision-making.
• Consulting experience in enterprise organizations.
• Understanding of on-premise and self-hosted environments.
• Technical depth in SaaS, XML, HTML, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-centric attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
