The Senior Technical Consultant for Technology Workflows is responsible for guiding clients through the implementation of the company’s IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. This role focuses on delivering best-practice-based solutions that drive business outcomes and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in field service management and a strong understanding of customer service workflows, allowing them to solve complex client challenges and advocate for customer needs within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical liaison for projects, ensuring the highest quality of delivered solutions.
- Oversee technical delivery and ensure alignment with client requirements and the company best practices.
- Define and architect technical solutions to meet clients’ business needs and technological environments.
- Lead technical onboarding with clients, tailoring solutions based on existing processes and platform configurations.
- Perform hands-on development on the company platform, leveraging Flow Designer, REST, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SSO, Mid-servers, and more.
- Serve as an escalation point for technical issues and drive resolution of critical path challenges.
- Mentor developers and consultants on best practices in technical design and field service management workflows.
- Partner with the pre-sales team to scope service engagements involving the company products and complex integrations.
- Contribute to thought leadership through webinars, whitepapers, and community groups.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years in consulting, configuration, and implementation of complex technologies, with at least 2 years focused on enterprise architecture and technical roadmaps.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing ITSM & ITOM solutions, with a solid understanding of industry-specific workflows and best practices.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders, addressing business and technical challenges.
- Proficiency in creating architectural designs, solution presentations, and integration strategies in ITSM & ITOM environments.
- Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.) and SaaS technologies.
Certifications Required:
- Certified System Administrator
- Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM, ITOM (within 90 days)
- Certified Technical Architect (within first year)
