The position requires representation of the organization in conferences to resolve critical questions or negotiate with key engineers and officials from other organizations.

Responsibilities
- Design and specify communication systems and services.

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience, with an average experience range of 10+ years.
- Expertise in relevant engineering techniques and communication systems.
