OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) is currently seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager - Fitout (TPM) to join our fast-growing team. This role involves building relationships across the EMEA Region with our Co-location (CoLo) Partners. The TPM will utilize their mastery of data and business to understand and anticipate business requirements, initiate programs, track progress, and manage issues throughout and after program completion. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise to effectively communicate business requirements to engineers and resolve business blockers.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver large and medium complexity GPU programs and projects
- Drive strategic Colo partnerships within the EMEA region
- Represent the team up to the VP level and brief senior leaders on program processes
- Drive continuous improvement of project processes and methodologies
- Provide mentoring and guidance to Junior Program Managers
- Manage development and implementation processes for company products
- Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring project completion on schedule and within budget
- Conduct regular meetings with CoLo Partners to ensure alignment with project goals
- Negotiate favorable terms and pricing for Non-Recurring Contracts for Data Hall Fit out Projects
- Develop and maintain schedules across multiple projects
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and CoLo partners
- Monitor and report on progress to stakeholders
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and identify potential risks associated with partnerships
Requirements
- 6+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
- Familiarity with data center design, construction, and infrastructure builds
- Knowledge of best practices in infrastructure technology
- Program/project management certifications or qualifications
- Proven ability to create effective relationships and collaborate at all organizational levels
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information simply
- Experience in the Low Voltage Industry or a related field
