Responsibilities
- Communicate data center and deal qualification requirements to in-country sales teams.
- Collect feedback from customers and/or sales teams to ensure compliance with standards.
- Deliver validation reports to the executive team, identifying risks or exceptions and driving resolutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive alignment on product features, business metrics, and business strategies.
- Assist in developing short-, medium-, and long-term plans for strategic objectives focused on customer and partner adoption.
- Act as the voice of customers and partners with Oracle’s cloud engineering teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) across all levels of an organization.
- Experience with cloud services and data center networking.
- Understanding of the cloud competitive landscape, including customer priorities and challenges.
- Proven ability to drive programs and projects to completion.
