ABOUT THE ROLE
The Principal Technician Integration & Test for Halcon will be supporting the development, integration, and testing of advanced weapon systems and test equipment. This role involves providing hands-on technical expertise in subsystem testing, harness manufacturing, test equipment assembly, and development activities. You will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle and contribute to cutting-edge aerospace and defense programs in a highly collaborative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support subsystem integration, development testing, and troubleshooting activities.
- Build and manufacture prototype harnesses, looms, and test equipment assemblies.
- Generate and maintain technical documentation for test systems and interfaces.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Electronics, Aerospace, Mechatronics Engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in aerospace, defense, military systems, or related engineering industries.
- Strong experience with subsystem testing, integration, and test equipment support.
- Hands-on expertise in wiring, harness manufacturing, and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting missile, weapons, avionics, or aerospace development programs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of Lean principles and experience working within regulated engineering environments.
