Responsibilities:
- Lead the retail user experience for derivatives products (Futures & Options) on our crypto exchange platform.
- Stay updated with traditional financial derivatives and crypto derivatives markets, monitoring industry developments and operational data to drive ongoing optimization.
- Continuously innovate and improve the derivatives trading experience based on industry trends and user behavior.
- Focus on daily usage and feedback from VIP clients; gather requirements and feedback from users and internal teams, evaluate priorities, and drive cross-team solutions.
- Actively participate in offline VIP events to enhance the influence and adoption of our trading products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in financial trading product (preferably B2C) with a strong emphasis on user experience; 2+ years for Master’s degree holders.
- Proven track record with at least 1 year of experience on successful products or direct experience building a successful product.
- Strong self-motivation, learning agility, logical thinking, and multidimensional data analysis skills.
- Passionate, team-oriented, responsible, with highly developed cross-team communication and coordination skills.
- Practical experience or strong interest in trading across stocks, futures, options, forex, or digital assets.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Background as a trader or in high-frequency trading is highly preferred.
- Prior experience with crypto exchange products is a significant advantage.
