Responsibilities:
- Lead the retail user experience for derivatives products (Futures & Options) on our crypto exchange platform.
- Stay informed about traditional financial derivatives as well as crypto derivatives markets; monitor industry developments and operational data to drive optimization.
- Innovate and improve the derivatives trading experience in response to industry trends and user behavior.
- Gather requirements and feedback from VIP clients and internal teams; prioritize and drive solutions across teams.
- Participate in offline VIP events to enhance product influence and adoption.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; 5+ years of relevant experience in financial trading products (preferably in B2C), with 2+ years for Master’s degree holders.
- Proven track record with at least 1 year of experience working on a successful product or direct experience in building one.
- Strong self-motivation, learning agility, logical thinking, and data analysis skills.
- Passionate, team-oriented, responsible, and skilled in cross-team communication and coordination.
- Practical experience or strong interest in trading across stocks, futures, options, forex, or digital assets.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Prior background as a trader or in high-frequency trading is highly preferred.
- Experience with crypto exchange products is a distinct advantage.
