Your Challenges and Mission

- Juggle multiple projects with ease. Oversee high-impact research initiatives, ensuring they stay on track and deliver actionable insights.
- Build a knowledge hub. Create and maintain a centralized research repository, making insights accessible and empowering data-driven decision-making.
- Tell compelling stories with data. Present research findings to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
- Measure your impact. Define and track KPIs that demonstrate the value of research, showcasing how your work drives product and business success.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in UX research, preferably in a senior role.
- Proven experience in leading and managing complex research projects.
- Strong mentoring skills.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with experience working in a global team environment.
- Hands-on experience with various research methodologies, including qualitative (in-depth interviews, ethnographic studies, usability testing, diary studies, contextual inquiries, focus groups) and quantitative approaches (surveys, A/B testing, analytics and data mining, longitudinal studies, experimental designs).
- Advanced skills in quantitative analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Tableau).
- Experience with BigQuery and thorough knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with UX research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Lyssna, Hotjar).
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Understanding of and experience with audience-based communication.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Good to Have:
- Proficiency in languages other than English (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, French, Spanish, or Portuguese).
- Expertise in accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Background in psychology, anthropology, or a related field.
- Experience within the FX, Crypto, Trading, or Banking industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
