Must Haves for the Role:
- 7+ years of web design experience, creating sophisticated websites for large global companies.
- Mastery in crafting conversion-centric websites with a deep understanding of user engagement.
- Proficiency in Webflow for developing complex, scalable, and visually polished web projects.
- Systematic design thinking with extensive experience using and maintaining design systems.
- Hands-on HTML/CSS knowledge for effective communication with developers.
- A commitment to pixel-perfect execution and attention to design detail.
What's Good to Have:
- Previous experience in the trading industry or design projects for CFDs, options, commodities, cryptocurrencies, or forex.
- Ability to leverage analytics and research in guiding design decisions.
- Experience with 3D design tools like Spline or creating animations with After Effects or Lottie.
