ServiceNow, a global market leader in innovative AI-enhanced technology, is seeking a Principal Workflow Architect to be part of the Customer Outcomes team. This role focuses on accelerating platform adoption and improving customer outcomes through a portfolio of services.
As a Customer Outcomes Principal Platform Architect, you will serve as a technical advisor responsible for establishing a strong technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and designing solutions that enhance customer results. You will guide customers, partners, and internal team members in the implementation of solutions tailored for long-term success.
Location: Riyadh Region
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise across multiple engagements, guiding stakeholders to deliver successful customer solutions.
- Cultivate relationships with technical and business leaders to understand how ServiceNow fits into their digital transformation strategies.
- Translate business objectives into a structured roadmap and architectural blueprints to achieve complex goals.
- Collaborate with the customer's Enterprise Architects to integrate ServiceNow as their standard digital transformation platform.
- Manage technical governance, ensuring instance health by reducing technical debt and aligning to service best practices.
- Support sales efforts by estimating engagement scopes and possible change orders.
- Mentor and support the professional development of team members.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of progressive experience in a professional services organization or equivalent education/experience.
- Strong management consulting background.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%.
- Ability to operate independently and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, conveying complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable, along with domain expertise in large program leadership and enterprise architecture.
