Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical delivery and ensure alignment with client requirements and best practices for SecOps implementations.
- Define and architect technical solutions that align with clients' business needs and technological environments.
- Lead technical onboarding with clients, tailoring solutions based on existing processes and platform configurations.
- Conduct hands-on development on the company platform using technologies such as Flow Designer, REST, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SSO, and Mid-servers.
- Serve as an escalation point for technical issues, implementing efficiencies and resolving critical path challenges.
- Mentor developers and consultants on best practices in technical design and SecOps management workflows.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales team to scope complex service engagements involving company products and integrations with client systems.
- Contribute to thought leadership through webinars, white papers, and community groups.
- Engage with company product teams to provide feedback on new features and participate in go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in consulting, configuration, and implementation of complex technologies, with at least 2 years focused on enterprise architecture and technical roadmaps.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing SecOps solutions and understanding industry-specific workflows and compliance requirements.
- Experience in defining and deploying leading practices for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Strong understanding of leading IRM toolsets such as company, RSA Archer, IBM OpenPages, MetricStream, and BWise.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and provide clear recommendations addressing business and technical challenges.
- Proficiency in creating architectural designs, solution presentations, and integration strategies within SecOps environments.
- Technical skills in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Bootstrap, CSS) and experience with SaaS technologies.
- Must hold or be able to achieve company certifications for SecOps Implementation Specialist and Certified Technical Architect.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
