Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical delivery and ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Define and architect technical solutions in line with client business needs.
- Perform hands-on development using ServiceNow technologies (Flow Designer, REST, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SSO, Mid-servers).
- Mentor developers and consultants on best practices.
- Partner with pre-sales teams for scoping complex service engagements.
- Contribute to webinars, white papers, and community groups in SecOps and IRM.
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in consulting, configuration, and implementation of complex technologies, with focus on enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing SecOps solutions.
- Strong understanding of Integrated Risk Management (IRM) tools and processes.
- Proficiency in creating architectural designs and integration strategies.
- Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc.) and SaaS technologies.
Certifications:
- Must hold or obtain ServiceNow certifications for SecOps Implementation Specialist and Certified Technical Architect within specified timeframes.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
