the company is seeking a Principal Workflow Architect to join the Expert Services Team within the Customer Excellence Group (CEG). In this role, you will collaborate with customers to achieve their business outcomes by providing implementation and advisory services. Your responsibilities include driving consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction by demonstrating the value of their the company investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to maximize their the company investment.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison for projects, representing the development team to customers and ensuring high-quality solutions.
  • Lead customer workshops on architecture (Cloud and On-Prem), design, and integrations.
  • Define and architect technical solutions at a detailed level to align with clients' business needs and technological environments.
  • Enable customers to define their business and technical requirements following Agile methodologies.
  • Design implementation solutions focusing on manageability, performance, user experience, and security.
  • Develop on the the company platform, utilizing technologies such as Flow Designer, REST, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and more.
  • Serve as an escalation point for technical issues, driving resolution of critical challenges.
  • Partner with the pre-sales team on complex service engagements involving the company products and integrations with client systems.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through webinars, white papers, and community groups.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
  • Consulting experience within enterprise organizations, with the capability to influence and consult in an enterprise architectural environment.
  • Familiarity with defining and deploying future-state workflows and integrating people, processes, and technology.
  • Understanding of on-premise self-hosted environments and architectures.
  • Technical skills in XML, HTML, Angular, JavaScript, relational database principles, and other related technologies.
  • Experience in the company products and an openness to grow technical depth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Work Conditions: This is a full-time, hybrid position that requires working and traveling within the MEA region based on customer and project demands. the company supports flexible remote work arrangements to promote a trust-based environment.
