Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of company solutions in a client consulting environment, with a focus on product domains such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SPM.
- Participate in workshops to assess and establish future-state processes for customers.
- Design and deliver company solutions adhering to technical standards and best practices.
- Provide strategic advice on leveraging company platform capabilities to improve business processes.
- Guide documentation completion, including business requirement workbooks for technical solutions.
- Offer feedback to product development to enhance products based on customer experiences.
- Mentor team members on implementation methodology, configuration, and best practices.
- Engage in customer-facing activities with some travel across the Middle East region.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a professional services organization or equivalent education/experience.
- Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership and consultative guidance in a customer environment.
- IT domain expertise related to the company product.
- Experience with Web Technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Web Services, XML) in a SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric attitude.
- Company certifications in relevant areas are preferred.
- Understanding of integrating AI into workflows and decision-making processes.
