Location: Riyadh Region (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult and Advise: Engage with stakeholders to understand their goals and challenges, providing guidance on the company's capabilities.
  • Solution Design: Create comprehensive solutions utilizing company products tailored to fit industry best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes to identify improvements and enhance operational performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, operations, and other teams to ensure effective solution implementation.
  • Industry Best Practices: Advocate for the adoption of best practices across company products, providing technical leadership in configuration and implementation.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay updated on industry trends and company innovations, sharing insights with teams and clients.

Qualifications:

  • AI Experience: Knowledge of integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
  • Implementation Service Expertise: Proven track record as a Solution Architect or Principal-level Consultant in a dynamic environment.
  • Company Knowledge: Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and company Platform technologies.
  • Consultative Mindset: Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to project management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage stakeholders effectively with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of integration, data models, and process automation; familiarity with web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Web Services).
  • User Experience: Commitment to delivering user-friendly solutions with a focus on accessibility and productivity.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing business processes, creating workflow diagrams, and documenting clear requirements.
