Responsibilities:
- Build operational management and risk control management platforms for derivatives, spot, and financial services lines to empower business growth.
- Conduct system analysis, design for business projects, and lead the completion of detailed design and coding tasks, ensuring project progress and quality.
- Responsible for the design and governance of high-performance, high-security, and scalable architectures for core systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant technical development experience.
- Solid Java fundamentals with proficiency in Java concurrency, security, collections, generics, reflection, and proxies; familiarity with JVM principles.
- Knowledge of Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Mybatis, and familiarity with distributed system development and design.
- Experience in leading system architecture design and core code development is preferred.
- Proficient in distributed systems, familiar with mechanisms like caching and messaging; able to apply common distributed technologies effectively.
- Knowledge of SOA and microservices architecture design.
- Familiarity with Redis, Kafka, and Elasticsearch.
- Strong interest in technology, good learning ability, communication skills, and teamwork capabilities.
- Preferably has experience in operational development for exchanges or financial trading systems.
