Responsibilities:
- Build operational management and risk control platforms for exchange derivatives, spot, and wealth management business lines to empower business growth.
- Conduct system analysis, design, and lead detailed design and coding tasks for business projects, managing project progress and quality.
- Design architectures for core systems that are high-performing, secure, and scalable, while governing system integrity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3 years or more of relevant technical development experience.
- Solid foundation in Java, proficient in concurrency, security, collections, generics, reflection, and proxies; familiarity with JVM principles.
- Experience with common frameworks such as Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Mybatis, including basic principles.
- Preferred experience in distributed system development or leading the design and core code development of large-scale systems.
- Proficient in the design of distributed systems; familiar with caching, messaging mechanisms, and the proper application of common distributed technologies to solve problems.
- Familiarity with SOA and microservice architecture design.
- Knowledge of Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and other messaging components.
- Strong interest in technology, a passion for research, and excellent learning abilities.
- Communication skills and teamwork abilities are essential.
- Preferred experience in the research and development of exchange derivatives, spot, or wealth management business operations.
- Experience in developing and designing systems for financial trading is a plus.
