Location: KAFD, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead executive and strategic governance for the company programs across multiple enterprise and government clients, ensuring alignment with strategic business outcomes.
- Establish and mature Digital Transformation Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to help customers scale the company capabilities and build sustainable governance frameworks.
- Drive end-to-end program leadership across Experience Cloud solutions and digital experience operations.
- Build trusted relationships with strategic clients and ensure business alignment.
- Collaborate with the company Sales team to position the value of strong governance and structured transformation roadmaps.
- Facilitate strategic workshops and cross-functional executive engagements to maximize value realization.
- Monitor and report on program performance, ensuring visibility to customer leadership.
- Drive account growth by identifying opportunities for additional services.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading projects in a consulting or technology professional services organization.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Proven organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing automation, web content management, and technology/SAAS concepts.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
Education:
Degree or equivalent qualification/experience.
Experience Requirement:
Minimum 5 years in a SaaS, Consulting, or Technology environment.
