Position

We are seeking a skilled Privacy & Data Protection Engineer with hands-on experience in Securiti.ai to support enterprise data privacy, security, and AI governance initiatives. The role is critical in ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and SDAIA regulations, focusing on privacy operations, risk assessments, and regulatory readiness.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site)

Work Conditions: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and manage Securiti.ai modules including:
    • Data Discovery & Classification
    • Consent & Preference Management
    • DSAR (Data Subject Access Requests)
    • DPIA / PIA workflows
    • AI Governance & Model Risk Controls
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with PDPL (KSA) and SDAIA regulatory requirements.
  • Support data subject rights (access, correction, deletion, portability).
  • Conduct DPIAs, privacy risk assessments, and gap analysis.
  • Implement privacy-by-design and data protection-by-default controls.
  • Support internal and external audits, compliance reporting, and regulatory submissions.
  • Assist in incident and data breach response from a privacy and regulatory standpoint.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, GRC, legal, and IT teams to embed privacy controls across systems.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven hands-on experience with Securiti.ai or similar privacy platforms (e.g., OneTrust, BigID, TrustArc).
  • Strong understanding of PDPL, data protection principles, and privacy governance frameworks.
  • Background in Cybersecurity, GRC, Data Protection, or Privacy Engineering.
  • Experience working with enterprise and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical and operational controls.
