Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, preferably in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investments, Business Analysis, Product Management, Banking Transformation, or related domains, preferably within a highly rated international bank.
- Experience in business requirements gathering, stakeholder management, client analytics, wealth management initiatives, and digital transformation projects within the banking sector.
Required Special Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (including report writing) in English.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and practices.
- Decision-making ability and commitment to follow through with initiatives.
- Personal integrity and self-management.
- Strong planning, organizing, analytical ability, and results orientation.
- Proficient in business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering (BRS/BRDs), user stories, and process modeling.
- Good understanding of Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Products, Portfolio Advisory, and Digital Wealth capabilities.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, business performance measurement, and translating business needs into practical solutions and recommendations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
A. Shareholder & Financial
- Support the delivery of Private Banking growth objectives by analyzing AUM, investment penetration, client acquisition, and revenue opportunities.
- Develop analytical insights, reports, and dashboards to support management decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Identify and recommend process improvements, business opportunities, and operational efficiencies that contribute to business growth.
- Implement KPIs and best practices for the Business Analyst role.
- Promote cost consciousness and efficiency to optimize benefits for the bank.
B. Customer (Internal & External)
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Digital Wealth initiatives.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Product, Investment, Operations, and Technology teams to support the implementation of business and transformation initiatives.
- Analyze client journeys, identify service gaps, and recommend process and digital enhancements to improve customer experience.
- Maintain activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and build strong relationships with internal departments.
C. Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory)
- Analyze, document, and optimize Private Banking business processes and procedures to support growth and operational efficiency.
- Gather, validate, and manage business requirements for new products and process enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the business requirements process.
D. Learning & Knowledge
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Products, and Digital Wealth capabilities.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of industry trends and regulatory developments.
- Support knowledge sharing and best-practice adoption through collaboration with various stakeholders.
E. Legal, Regulatory, and Risk Framework Responsibilities
- Comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Understand and perform your role, ensuring systematic good outcomes for clients.
- Support the operational risk management framework, including reporting and remediation.
F. Other Responsibilities
- Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality.
- Maintain professional standards to uphold the bank's market leadership position and reputation.
- Perform additional duties as required by management.
