Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, preferably in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investments, Business Analysis, Product Management, Banking Transformation, or related domains, ideally within a highly rated international bank.
  • Proven experience in business requirements gathering, stakeholder management, client analytics, wealth management initiatives, and digital transformation projects within the banking sector.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, including report writing.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and practices.
  • Ability to make decisions and follow through with initiatives.

  • Proficient in business analysis, requirements gathering (BRS/BRDs), user stories, process modeling, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Products, Portfolio Advisory, and Digital Wealth capabilities.
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, business performance measurement, and translating business needs into practical solutions and recommendations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
A. Shareholder & Financial

  • Support the delivery of Private Banking growth objectives by analyzing AUM, investment penetration, client acquisition, and revenue opportunities.
  • Develop analytical insights, reports, and dashboards to aid management decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Recommend process improvements, business opportunities, and operational efficiencies to enhance business growth and value creation.
  • Implement KPIs and best practices for the Business Analyst role.
  • Promote cost consciousness and efficiency to minimize costs and optimize benefits for the bank.
  • Operate within the limits of the powers delegated to the incumbent.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of key factors influencing the bank's financial and non-financial performance.

B. Customer (Internal & External)

  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Digital Wealth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Product, Investment, Operations, and Technology teams to support the implementation of business and transformation initiatives.
  • Analyze client journeys to support customer experience improvements by identifying service gaps and recommending process and digital enhancements.
  • Assist customers with queries regarding the bank’s products and seek solutions to their requests.
  • Maintain activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal departments to improve turnaround times.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with related departments to align with the Group’s objectives.
  • Provide timely and accurate data to internal and external auditors, Compliance, Financial Control, and Risk as required.

C. Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory)

  • Analyze, document, and optimize Private Banking business processes, client journeys, and operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Gather, validate, and manage business requirements for new products, advisory capabilities, digital wealth platforms, and process enhancement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance of all business requirements (BRS/BRD) and operational processes with applicable regulations, internal policies, and governance standards.
  • Contribute to the implementation of Private Banking transformation initiatives by collaborating with various stakeholders.

D. Learning & Knowledge

  • Maintain a strong understanding of Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Products, Digital Wealth capabilities, and Business Analysis methodologies to effectively support initiatives.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory requirements relevant to Private Banking and Wealth Management.
  • Foster knowledge sharing and best-practice adoption through collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify personal professional development opportunities and engage in relevant activities.
  • Stay current with developments within the professional field.

E. Legal, Regulatory, and Risk Framework Responsibilities

  • Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements, including Group Compliance Policies and Procedures.
  • Understand and effectively perform your role under the Three Lines of Defence principle to identify, measure, monitor, manage, and report risks.
  • Support the framework of RCSA, KRI, Incident reporting and remediation according to Operational Risk Management requirements.
  • Maintain the appropriate knowledge to ensure full qualification to undertake the role.
  • Complete mandatory training provided by the bank and maintain the required levels of competence.
  • Attend mandatory internal and external seminars as instructed by the bank.

F. Other

  • Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality to safeguard commercially sensitive information.
  • Maintain confidentiality concerning customer and internal bank information obtained during business activities, sharing only with relevant senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Uphold high professional standards to reinforce the bank's reputation and market leadership position.
  • Perform all other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
